• Best Color Selection - MAC has a huge color selection and have been around forever so you know the quality is good. MAC has lipsticks at $15

• Best Value - e.l.f. Cosmetics is having 30% off their already budget friendly prices. We’re talking like $2-$3 for the one in the photo!
